Day 1: Nursery School and Grade R

We currently have two classes in our nursery school part of the tour, starting at the 3 year old age group with another for the age of 4. This part of the tour sets the scene perfectly for our Grade R tour that in turn sets the scene for the Primary School (what we call the Autobahn of Vastfontein). Together the nursery school and Grade R have 81 children for 2011.
Amongst others, the nursery school is probably one of the most challenging areas, as some of the children arrive at Vastfontein without being able to speak a word...in any language. Our educators not only have the task of educating them in various subjects and fields, but to transform a little life, mindset, thinking and speech patterns and in most cases transformation is most needed on an emotional level. Throughout their nursery school years, we develop and help transform these children in preparation for Primary school.

The sponsor tariff is R1 400.00 per month (including transport to and from school as well as two meals daily).
